Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If for some reason you really do not like your deodorant you can simply return it, under the condition it is your first purchase. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and a reason for the return. You must send the item back to us in the original packaging. Once your return is received we will send you an email to confirm we have received it and that your refund has been processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
To return your product, please send it to: Indigenous Beauty Limited, 5 Alldens Cottages, Aarons Hill, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 2LU, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have made more than one purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If your deodorant is defective or damaged you can exchange it. Simply take a photo of the fault and email us explaining the issue.
